Why Parvus Exists

Organizations face increasing complexity in stakeholder expectations, sustainability requirements, and operational coordination. Traditional consulting often produces comprehensive reports that sit unused. Facilitated workshops promise engagement but lack follow-through structure.

Parvus was established in 2014 by advisors who had spent years watching organizations struggle with the gap between strategic recommendations and practical implementation. We focus on three specific challenges where expert facilitation and structured methodology create measurable improvement: stakeholder alignment, ESG integration, and chief of staff function establishment.
